Job responsibilities:
1. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
2. Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages.
3. Ensure product stock is adequate for all outlets and can cover direct demand from customers.
4. Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
5. Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
6. Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
7. Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
8. Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues etc.
9. Manage inventory accuracy through monitor of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock take, expiry dates, and audit of same to verify results.
10. Assist in managing logistics to ensure timely receipt of products and goods to the warehouses and outlets.
11. Conduct Daily analysis to solve inventory problems.
General requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related field.
3. Possesses excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.
4. Possesses IT skills in basic MS office applications and a working knowledge or business ERP system.
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist superior on daily warehousing operations.
2. Inspect, receive and put away all incoming goods.
3. Pick orders base on provided Purchase Order.
4. Sort, organize, stock check and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Maintain good warehouse housekeeping.
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by manager or executive.
7. Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
8. Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
9. Report damaged or missing inventory to superior.
General requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM level in any field.
2. Willing to undertake any tasks to ensure warehouse’s operational.
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Responsible and hardworking.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Competent in use of Adobe Suite software packages Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

5. Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
