Vacancy

Job responsibilities:
1. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
2. Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages.
3. Ensure product stock is adequate for all outlets and can cover direct demand from customers.
4. Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
5. Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
6. Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.
7. Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
8. Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues etc.
9. Manage inventory accuracy through monitor of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock take, expiry dates, and audit of same to verify results.
10. Assist in managing logistics to ensure timely receipt of products and goods to the warehouses and outlets.
11. Conduct Daily analysis to solve inventory problems.

General requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related field.
3. Possesses excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.
4. Possesses IT skills in basic MS office applications and a working knowledge or business ERP system.

Job responsibilities:
1.  Assist superior on daily warehousing operations.
2. Inspect, receive and put away all incoming goods.
3. Pick orders base on provided Purchase Order.
4. Sort, organize, stock check and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Maintain good warehouse housekeeping.
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by manager or executive.
7. Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
8. Work as an active team member to complete team goals.
9. Report damaged or missing inventory to superior.

General requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM level in any field.
2. Willing to undertake any tasks to ensure warehouse’s operational.
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Responsible and hardworking.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and create various pieces of apparel.
    2. Assist in development of conceptual marketing plan and material in continue efforts to upgrade the brand image.
    3. Assist in design and product development works to create attractive range for our brand.
    4. Monitoring current fashion trends.
    5. Assist in product sampling works, fitting measurement, specifications and QC inspection.
    6. Provide sample garments to factory and liaise with garments factory.
    7. Know well in sewing skill, pattern making, clothing materials and quality.
    8.Strong in Malay Apparel fashion design (Mens wear, kids wear, ladies wear etc).
    9. Work independently.
    10. Creative and innovative in fashion design.
    11. Occasionally travel overseas for suppliers visit, market survey & sourcing for new materials.

General requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Fashion Design/Graphic Design/ Creative art or equivalent.
2. At least 1 to 2 year of working in related field will be an advantage.
3. Competent in use of Adobe Suite software packages Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
4. Experience with design software and graphics editing tools
5. Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
6. Team work skills.
